MBACP Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist

As an experienced Integrative Psychotherapist and Counsellor registered with the BACP, I tailor therapy to align with your unique needs and goals. I offer a warm, empathetic, confidential and non-judgemental space. My therapeutic approach is relational and draws upon Humanistic, Psychodynamic and CBT modalities. I am also a qualified Well Being coach and can incorporate wellbeing coaching if required.

I work with all ages from teenagers (14 plus) through to adults.  As a college counsellor, I have gained extensive experience working with teenagers/adolescents and have a strong interest in working with, and supporting parents whose children are struggling with their mental health or learning difficulties.
