I offer an initial 15-minute, non-obligatory session for free on zoom. Sometimes, taking those first steps into therapy are daunting and a non-obligatory session can provide a taster to help you to decide how you would like to go forward. It provides an opportunity for you to talk about what has brought you to therapy, what you would like to gain and for you to understand more on how I work. Most importantly, you can get a sense of fit and whether you would feel comfortable talking to me about your problems.
